Have been using Enlightlife Aaprobean Plant Protein Powder for the past 3 months. I take 5 gms daily along with Chia seeds post my exercise in the morning. This is in the raw form, so I mix with lemon and warm water and consume it. There have been absolutely no side effects and I must say that my metabolism is improved and I don't munch snacks in-between. Thanks to Enlightlife for the Plant Protein product.
