Feel free with Refresh tea! Acting as a stress buster, Refresh Tea is a natural and healthy tea containing Mulberry leaf, Guava leaf, and Tealeaf. It is packed with natural Antioxidants, Vitamins A and C, Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorus, and Zinc. It also contains Proteins and Dietary Fibres, Mono, and Polyunsaturated fatty acids (MUFA and PUFA).

    1. Mulberry leaf is rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, GABA, alkaloids and many minerals like Calcium, Zinc, Potassium and Phosphorous. It also contains vitamins A and C. Mulberry leaf helps reduce postprandial blood glucose levels due to the presence of 1-DNJ and other antioxidants. 1-DNJ helps to prevent entry of complex carbohydrates in the body.. Mulberry leaf helps in cholesterol and stress management, reduces blood pressure, prevents atherosclerosis and inflammation.
    2. Guava leaf contains Flavonoids, Alkaloids Polyphenols, Saponins, Tannins and Vitamin C. Guava tea effectively lowers blood glucose in diabetics by reducing the Alpha-Glucosidase enzyme activity. It also reduces bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It fights cold and cough, controls diarrhoea and prevents ulcers by acting as an antacid. Besides, Guava leaves are a great liver tonic.
